Its larger size than the UCW element allows more downforce, and at 2 degrees of attack it out-produces the swan neck UCW at 12 degrees. The airfoil was refined with ANSYS adjoint analysis, CFD, and wind tunnel testing, with scan data giving a near-OEM fit.

The wing is 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon, autoclave cured with a high-gloss clear finish, and uses a 6061-T6 mounting kit machined in-house. Stainless hardware and templates are included, and it can balance a significant front splitter.

What's included

(1) V1X Rear Wing Assembly

(2) Machined Aluminum Swan Neck Rear Wing Upright

(2) Machined Aluminum Rear Wing Trunk Mount

(2) Vented Carbon Fiber Rear Wing Endplate

(1) Gurney Flap

(1) Hardware Kit, Includes All Parts Necessary for a Seamless Install

Fitment

2021+ BMW M3

2021+ BMW M4

Details

Manufacturer: Verus Engineering

Part number: A0779A

Shipping weight: 22 lb

Installation instructions are available in the Verus Engineering install manual library.
