Manufacturer Return Policies

Leg Down Racing is an authorized dealer for the four manufacturers below. Because we order from them on your behalf, every return must meet both our Refund Policy and the manufacturer's own policy; where the two differ, the stricter terms apply.

Please start every return, cancellation or warranty claim with us at support@legdownracing.com, and do not send parts back to the manufacturer directly. The summaries below were taken from each manufacturer's website on October 1, 2026 and may change; the linked page is the current version.

Verus Engineering

  • Return window: 120 days from the purchase date.
  • Condition: items should be returned in their original packaging. If an item is not in its original packaging or not in brand-new condition, the refund is reduced to cover repacking.
  • Fees: a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost are deducted from the refund.
  • Cancellations: if the item is in stock and has not shipped, the order can be refunded minus a 4% processing fee.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer. For returns valued over $200, a label can be provided and its cost deducted from the refund.
  • Not returnable: Racer Special items.
  • Missing or damaged items: must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, replacement parts are at the customer's cost.
  • Warranty: 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Pro Car Innovations (PCI)

  • Return window: 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, a full refund or exchange is not available.
  • Condition: unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging, including the hardware packs. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Not returnable: sale items. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
  • Exchanges: items are replaced only if they are defective or damaged.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer and non-refundable; if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost is deducted from it. A trackable or insured service is recommended for expensive items.
  • Refunds: issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

JRZ Suspension Engineering

  • Authorization: nothing may be returned without prior written permission.
  • Condition: original, undamaged and complete, in undamaged original packaging.
  • Return window: 8 days after purchase. This does not apply to items built to the customer's specifications, which covers most JRZ dampers and coilovers.
  • Unsatisfactory items: a written explanation is required before a refund is considered. If the item matches its description, a refund is not owed. Exchanges are decided case by case.
  • Cancellations: possible only until the written order confirmation has been processed; after that the order must be paid for.
  • Shipping damage: must be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported within 5 days, with the delivery or invoice number. JRZ will repair or replace the item at its discretion.
  • Warranty: does not cover incorrect, careless or improper use, non-standard use including racing, external damage such as fire or water, or ignored service schedules. The customer pays shipping to JRZ for warranty claims.

Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering

Meisterschaft is the official U.S. importer of JRZ Suspension and also makes its own suspension components. JRZ products we sell are subject to both the JRZ terms above and Meisterschaft's policy.

  • Return window: 18 days from the date received. Requests after 18 days are not accepted.
  • Condition: unused, in the same condition as received, in original undamaged packaging.
  • Built-to-order and custom items (including JRZ builds): can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of ordering. After 7 days the build is scheduled and cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless the promised shipping window is missed, in which case you can choose the new date or a full refund. Delivered special-order or custom items are not returnable unless defective.
  • Restocking fee: up to 15% on delivered, unused items. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping: paid by the buyer and non-refundable, unless the wrong item was shipped. Insurance is recommended for items over $100.
  • Exchanges: only for items that are defective or damaged in shipping.
  • Refunds: credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Reservation deposits: refundable in full at any time before the purchase is confirmed.
