Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Leg Down Racing. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfill, and ship orders placed through legdownracing.com.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing the next business day.
  • Some products may require additional handling time due to supplier lead times, manufacturer backorders, custom ordering, or order verification.

2. Fulfillment Model

We sell a mix of stocked items, supplier-fulfilled items, drop-shipped items and special-order items.

Because some products may ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners:

  • Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
  • Delivery times may vary by product and supplier.
  • Tracking numbers may be issued separately for different items.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses in the United States, including:

  • The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and other U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products are lawful to import, possess, and use in their jurisdiction.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. For the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C., rates are set by brand:

  • JRZ Suspension: $255 standard shipping per order. Shipping for the JRZ PROlift nose-lift kit is quoted and billed after your order.
  • Verus Engineering: Free ground shipping on orders of $295 or more. Orders under $295 ship for $25, $30 or $40 depending on the weight of your order. Oversize items ship for $35.
  • Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering: $15 for one item, $25 for two or more items.
  • Pro Car Innovations (PCI), small parts (toe links, control and camber arms, bearing kits, tie rods, hardware, stickers and apparel): FedEx 2Day, $15 for one item, $21 for two items, plus $15 for each additional pair.
  • PCI seat mounts, side mounts, wing mounts and race dash panels: $40 flat.
  • PCI side skirts and wings: $70 flat.

If your order includes items from more than one brand, the shipping for each brand is added together at checkout.

4a. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories

You can place orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses online. Shipping shows as $0.00 at checkout because the cost depends on your location and the size of your order.

After you order, we will contact you with the shipping cost and send a separate invoice for it. Your order ships once the shipping invoice is paid. If you decide not to proceed, contact us at support@legdownracing.com and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Typical transit estimates:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Freight or oversized shipments: varies, contact us for an estimate
  • Special-order or supplier-fulfilled items: typically 5–15+ business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Customs clearance
  • High order volume
  • Supplier processing time
  • Backorders
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

6. Tracking Information

If tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email once your order or part of your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses or suppliers.

You may receive:

  • Multiple tracking numbers
  • Separate delivery dates
  • Separate packaging from different brands or suppliers

You will not necessarily be charged additional shipping unless stated at checkout.

8. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is backordered or unavailable after your order is placed, we may:

  • Hold the order until the item becomes available
  • Partially ship available items
  • Contact you with an updated ETA
  • Cancel the affected item and issue a refund, where appropriate

We reserve the right to cancel orders or items that cannot be fulfilled due to supplier, inventory, or pricing issues.

9. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us at support@legdownracing.com as soon as possible. We will try to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us because of an address error or a refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
