Overview

These A/C service port caps replace the plastic factory caps on B58-powered G-Series BMWs with billet aluminum ones. They install in minutes with simple hand tools and work like the stock caps. Verus Engineering machines them on 5-axis CNC mills in Indianapolis from 6061-T6 aluminum, then anodizes them in red, black or blue and engraves the logo.

Known fitment includes the M330i/M340ix (G20), M240i (G42), M440 (G22/G23) and Z4 (G29). Heat in the engine bay may cause the anodized finish to fade with time.
