Air Oil Separator (AOS) - BRZ/FRS/GT86

Overview

This air oil separator keeps oil out of the intake system, where it lowers octane and can lead to detonation, power loss and carbon build-up. Four 5 micron coalescing filters, one at each inlet and outlet, plus baffling and stainless mesh clean the crankcase air. The can is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with mil-spec O-ring bosses, anodized, laser engraved and made in the USA, and its base accepts a Subaru Fumoto drain valve. Optional drain-back and coolant add-on kits are available separately, and anodized parts can fade over time from engine-bay heat.
