Air Oil Separator (AOS) - Mk5 Toyota Supra

Overview

This air oil separator protects the B58 engine in the Mk5 Supra from crankcase blow-by and keeps oil out of the intake, where it would reduce octane and cause knock, power loss and carbon build-up on the intake valves. Four 5-micron coalescing filters, baffling and stainless mesh clean the crankcase air, while molded silicone hoses simplify installation and large diameters keep pressure drop low.

Fitment is B58 only and does not suit the 2.0-liter engine. The Verus Engineering resonator delete kit is required to install it, and the turbo heat shield is recommended alongside. Anodized parts can fade over time from engine bay heat.
