Backing Plate Kit - 2015+ (VA) WRX/STI & 2011-2014 (GR/GV) STI

Overview

This kit is a starting point for a do-it-yourself brake cooling setup on the 2015+ VA WRX and STI and the 2011-2014 GR and GV STI. A large stainless backing plate carries a formed dry carbon duct that channels air into the rotor center, and the duct accepts standard 2.5-inch brake duct hose. It suits OEM and aftermarket big brake kits.

A hard-anodized spacer, all stainless hardware, and foam to protect the wheel sensor wire are included. The result is better resistance to brake fade and boiling fluid, and longer component life.
