Brake Cooling Kit - Mk5 Toyota Supra

Overview

This brake cooling kit for the Mk5 Toyota Supra uses an OEM-style layout with the shortest possible route, sending air to the center of each rotor to reduce fade and improve brake thermal behavior. It combines the factory inlet, a carbon fender transition duct with constant cross-section, and a formed duct on a stainless backing plate, plus an integrated ball joint shield.

The ducts are 100% 2x2 twill carbon fiber, autoclave cured, connected with pre-cut high-temperature silicone hose. Scan data and CFD from the Supra guided the design. All hardware is included, and installation takes a few hours with basic hand tools.
