Overview

This carbon ducktail spoiler for the C8 Corvette Stingray fills the holes left by removing the factory rear spoiler and adds downforce by managing airflow around the car rather than on the spoiler itself. Paired with a larger wing such as the Verus Engineering V1X swan neck wing, it raised total vehicle downforce by over 10 percent with little drag penalty.

The spoiler is 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon fiber, autoclave cured with a high-gloss clear finish. Scan data gave a near-OEM fit on the factory rear bumper, and the supplied 3M VHB tape makes installation simple.
