Overview

This rear diffuser is designed for the 987.1 and 987.2 Porsche Cayman to add downforce while also cutting drag, and it follows the factory bumper lines. Verus Engineering developed it with scan data, CAD and ANSYS Fluent analysis. The three main planes are 1.5mm autoclave-cured 2x2 twill carbon fiber with bonded carbon stiffening, while the strakes are polyurethane and can be replaced individually. It bolts to chassis points through CNC laser-cut and bent 5052 aluminum brackets with stainless hardware, needs no drilling or fabrication, and accepts the flat underbody cover as an add-on.
