Overview

Drawn in NX with G3 surface continuity and tested with CFD in OpenFOAM, this ducktail spoiler for the 2015+ VA WRX adds rear downforce by raising the high-pressure zone on the trunk. The trailing edge is shaped to keep drag low, which suits cars with factory power where a wing could hurt lap times. It covers the factory spoiler holes and installs easily.

The spoiler is 100% 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon fiber from a billet aluminum mold, with a gloss UV-resistant clear coat and 3M VHB tape. It works alongside the Verus UCW and high-efficiency rear wings without hurting their performance.
