Overview
These control arm guide strakes for the Corvette Stingray and Z06 (C8) create strong vortices in a turbulent area of the underbody, reducing drag and letting the underbody generate more downforce. On a car with the splitter, swan neck UCW wing, and rear diffuser, they added 3% downforce with no drag increase and moved aero balance forward by 4.5%, allowing more rear wing angle for the same balance.
The strakes are 3D printed in glass-fiber reinforced ABS in Indianapolis and install into the factory control arms, with stainless hardware and templates included. Installation is reversible, and it also requires GM part numbers 85642606 and 85642607.
