Overview

The FRS, BRZ, GT86 and WRX can suffer fuel starvation in long, high-g left-hand turns. This purpose-built door lets fuel into the basket but stops it draining back out, so lower fuel levels can be run without starving the engine, saving weight. It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, anodized bright-dip black, and fitted with a Viton O-ring suited to both ethanol and gasoline.

It is not a surge tank replacement and will not allow the tank to be run dry. It only keeps the basket from draining in left turns, which lets less fuel be carried before starvation occurs.
