Hood Louver Kit, Large Vents - BRZ/FRS/GT86

Overview

The large-vent hood louver kit evacuates hot air from beneath the hood of the BRZ, FRS or GT86 to reduce engine bay heat and pressure. Verus Engineering built it around the stock hood, which is already light, so the hood retains its structural skeleton and, once louvered, weighs less than most carbon hoods. The CFD-optimized vents are CNC laser cut from 1.6mm 6061 aluminum and offered in black powdercoat or raw aluminum.

Each kit includes a cut-out template and wickers, and stainless flush clinch studs with serrated nuts keep the vents removable for cleaning. Rain guard kits are sold separately.
