Hood Louver Kit (Non-GT Hood Spec) - Ford Mustang S550

Overview

Made for the non-GT-spec S550 Mustang hood, this louver kit vents engine bay heat and pressure, improves cooling stack efficiency, helps underhood components last longer, and can add a small amount of front downforce. Starting from the OEM hood keeps cost and weight down, so the finished hood weighs less than most carbon vented hoods.

The CFD-optimized vents are CNC laser cut from 0.063-inch 6061 aluminum and come in black powdercoat or raw aluminum. A cut-out template, wickers, and removable stainless clinch studs with serrated nuts are included. Rain guards are sold separately.
