Overview
The KMX endplate kit adds a more aggressive look to a V1X rear wing while improving efficiency. The endplates are molded on machined aluminum tooling using 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon, autoclave cured for consistent fit, and finished in gloss automotive clear for UV resistance.
CFD-designed venting on the top side and a shaped lower edge reduce drag and add downforce, a 0.6% lift-to-drag gain versus the standard V1X endplates at 10 degrees of attack, based on testing with a swan neck upright and mount in free stream airflow. They bolt on like the standard endplates, with no change in hardware, to any V1X wing regardless of chassis.
