Overview
These FA24 motor mounts for the GR86, BRZ and VB WRX stiffen the drivetrain connection. The compliant factory mounts let the engine rock during hard acceleration and braking, which dulls the feel of the shifter and wastes some power delivery. Verus Engineering's mounts cut that movement, and they suit track day and drag race cars.
They are CNC machined in-house from 6061-T6 aluminum, anodized and laser engraved. Three bushing durometers let the owner pick a stiffness, with 70A recommended for most uses. They install like a factory part, with no other changes to the engine or car. Heat in the engine bay may cause the anodized finish to fade with time.
