Overview

This oil filler cap replaces the plastic factory cap on B58-powered G-Series BMWs with one machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum. It goes on in minutes without tools and works like the stock cap. Verus Engineering machines it on 5-axis CNC mills in Indianapolis, anodizes it in red, black or blue and laser engraves the logo.

Known fitment covers the M330i/M340ix (G20), M440i (G26), M240i (G42), M440 (G22/G23) and Z4 (G29). It will not fit cars whose OE oil cap is marked on the underside with the Reutter Slovakia BMW number 8 654 637-04. Heat in the engine bay may cause the anodized finish to fade with time.
