Rear Diffuser - Corvette Stingray (C8)

Overview

This rear diffuser for the C8 Corvette Stingray is a good first step in aero tuning. It adds stability by lowering pressure under the car and reduces drag by shrinking the wake behind it, and it improves efficiency compared with the OEM setup. It was designed with scan data, CAD and OpenFOAM analysis to match the Stingray's design language, and it can balance a front aero system.

The body is 5052 aluminum sheet, CNC laser cut, press brake bent and powder coated black, with application-specific black powder-coated brackets and stainless hardware. It bolts to the rear exhaust hanger chassis locations, so no drilling or fabrication is needed.
