Overview
This strake kit adds vertical fences to the factory rear diffuser of the S550 Shelby GT350. CFD analysis shows the strakes raise diffuser downforce with no drag penalty, which lifts aerodynamic efficiency and tire grip at speed. Scan data taken in-house gave the strakes an OE-type fit, and the subtle design keeps a factory-like appearance.
They are made in the U.S.A. from 5052 aluminum, powder coated black, and attach with stainless hardware in a bolt-on installation. The kit can also be used on the Mach 1 with minor changes to the installation process.
