UCW Rear Wing for 2017-2021 FK8 Honda Civic Type R

Overview

This swan neck rear wing for the 2017-2021 FK8 Honda Civic Type R bolts to the factory trunk and adds substantial rear downforce for track use. The airfoil was optimized with the ANSYS adjoint solver, CFD confirmed it receives adequate airflow on the car, and in-house scan data gave a near-OEM fit. It can generate and withstand 500+ lbs of downforce, enough to balance a large front aero package.

The wing is 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon fiber, autoclave cured with a high-gloss clear finish, mounted on machined billet aluminum uprights and trunk mounts with stainless hardware throughout. Endplates are selectable in carbon fiber or Standard.
