Vented UCW Carbon Fiber Endplates

Overview

These vented endplates replace the standard endplates on a UCW rear wing, adding style and a small performance gain. They are molded on machined aluminum tooling using 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon, autoclave cured for consistent fit and finish, and coated in gloss automotive clear for UV resistance. They bolt on like the standard endplates with no hardware change and fit all UCW wing elements.

CFD-designed venting on the top side and a shaped lower edge cut drag and add downforce, improving lift-to-drag by 1.2% at 10 degrees of attack. That result came from testing with a generic swan neck upright and mount in free stream airflow.
